How Your Garment Is Made
Bespoke clothing takes time. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you place your order to the day your garment arrives.
Step 1: Your Order and Measurements
You place your order and submit your measurements using the form on each product page. We ask for chest, shoulder, full length, sleeve length, and sleeve opening. You also have a field for any additional comments — use this for notes on fit preference or any adjustments.
Step 2: Fabric Preparation
Once your order is confirmed, we select your chosen fabric from our current stock. All fabrics are handwoven and sourced from artisan communities in India. Your fabric is inspected for consistency before cutting begins.
Step 3: Cutting and Stitching
Your measurements are transferred to the fabric and each panel is cut by hand. A single tailor stitches your garment from start to finish. We do not use assembly lines. The same pair of hands cuts, sews, and finishes your shirt.
Step 4: Quality Check
Before dispatch, every garment is checked against your submitted measurements. Seams, buttons, and finish are inspected. If something is not right, it is corrected before the garment leaves our workshop.
Step 5: Dispatch
Your garment is carefully folded, wrapped, and dispatched from India to Australia. Delivery is included with every order. The full process from order to delivery takes 18 to 21 business days.
