Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Because every Sūt garment is made to your measurements, we do not hold stock or ship from inventory. Your commission is dispatched once production is complete.

Production Lead Time

Our standard production period is 6 weeks (approximately 30 business days) from the date we receive your confirmed measurements. You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to Australia and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Australian Shipping

Domestic orders are dispatched via tracked courier. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

International Shipping

International orders are dispatched via tracked international courier. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
