About This Piece

The Pleated & Gathered Dress brings together two centuries-old techniques of fabric manipulation into a single garment. Handwoven at the Anuprerna cooperative in Bengal, available in handwoven khadi cotton, mercerised cotton, or matka silk.

Care Instructions

Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent. Do not wring. Lay flat to dry in shade. Iron on low heat with a pressing cloth.
